Really Right Stuff MPR-CL-II 7.4 Long Nodal Slide with Integral Clamp
It is in excellent condition, with a very minor scratch on the back (you have to look for it). There may be a few dust specs in the pictures, which I have since cleaned up. Please see information from RRS below. We've used this with various digital SLR cameras with great success. Nodal slide for most DSLR camera + lens combos.
The Multi-Purpose Rail with an Integral Clamp (MPR-CL II) is our second-generation "standard" nodal slide rail with integral clamp. At 7.4 (189mm) long, the MPR-CL II provides no-parallax point positioning for non-collared lenses from 16mm and up on a full frame (35mm) camera. The built-in screw-knob style clamp allows mounting a camera body fitted with any Really Right Stuff camera base plate or L-Plate, with center reference marks for precise alignment.
A built-in spirit level at the front end provides high-visibility leveling indication. A laser-engraved scale on either side allows for precise positioning relative to the reference mark in the clamp below. The MPR-CL II can also be very useful as a mounting rail for our orbital style flash brackets. (B-Series/FR-Series) when using non-collared lenses. The rail clamps to the camera plate, and extends forward below the lens where the flash bracket can slide onto the top dovetail and have a variety of available positions.
RRS-style (Arca-Swiss) dovetails on top and bottom for increased mounting options. Precision laser-engraved millimeter scale on both sides allows precise positioning at the no-parallax point. Integral screw-knob clamp jaw accepts left/right facing dovetail plates and L-Plates. 7.4 (189mm) length offers sufficient range for most non-collared lenses from 16-100mm (full-frame 35mm equivalent). Built-in "bulls-eye" style spirit level gives accurate and highly visible level indication.Front and back safety stop screws prevent accidentally sliding out of a RRS clamp jaw while adjusting.
